PRESS CONFERENCE!!!!

The purpose of the conference is to discuss a complaint that New York Lawyers for the Public Interest (NYLPI) and Advocates for Children (AFC) will file with the Office of Civil Rights of the U.S. Department of Education (DOE).  The complaint is on behalf of limited English Proficient parents whose rights are being violated because they are not getting translated documents and interpreters from the DOE in order to participate in developing their children’s special education programs.

New Things for the New Year!!
