The National Center for Learning Disabilities (NCLD) provides essential information to parents, professionals and individuals with learning disabilities, promotes research and programs to foster effective learning, and advocates for policies to protect and strengthen educational rights and opportunities.

The  National Epilepsy Foundation provides a range of services, including information, resources, advocacy and education related to epilepsy and seizure disorders.

The ALLIANCE National Parent Technical Assistance Center (NPTAC) is the national technical assistance center for over 100 federally funded parent centers across the country under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).  Provides links to Parent Centers in every state.

OSERS/OSEP  -The Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP), part of the US Department of Education under the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS), is dedicated to improving results for infants, toddlers, children and youth with disabilities ages birth through 21 by providing leadership and financial support to assist states and local districts.

The National Early Childhood Technical Assistance Center (NECTAC) provides information and technical assistance about serving infants, toddlers and preschoolers with disabilities.
